Mann. Here is a photo of (L to R) Pennsylvania Railroad engines #8456 and another unit whose road number is not recorded. Both are AS-16M road switchers built by the American Locomotive Company and rated at 1,600 horsepower each. #8456 was constructed in June of 1952. The photographer's name, the exact date, and the location are not recorded. (Gift from Brad Mann.)
