Marianchuk-South Philly. Here is the second of six original photos by an unidentified photographer that were taken at the Pennsylvania Railroad's ready tracks in South Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, c. 1953. Shown here are several unidentified diesel-electric and steam locomotives. Prominent among them is PRR engine #5022, a K-4S (4-6-2) "Pacific" built in Juniata during May of 1917 and retired in February of 1958 after 41 years of faithful service.
