Description:
CN 7249 a GP-9 RM GY-418C stop on main track north in St-Hubert missing fuel bad reading of engineer was going in Sorel to shunt they had to call for fuel and Ultramar came and park on side road and had to refuel the engine and had hard time to restart the engine
